Commercial Terms
Delivered revenue: Orders successfully delivered to the customer, calculated after applicable discounts. Cancelled and RTO orders are excluded.
Third-party costs: Shopify plans, domains, apps, logistics and payment-gateway charges remain separate.

The brand normally funds advertising directly. Eligible brands may receive a credit line, postpaid ad funds or postpaid logistics after at least 6 months with ProMark, depending on business growth, payment history and scalability.
Standard Shopify setup or optimisation, design implementation, mobile optimisation, conversion-focused product pages, checkout configuration and tracking setup are included. Extensive customisation or catalogues above roughly 100–150 SKUs may require a separate scope discussion.
Shopify plans, domains, apps, logistics and payment-gateway charges remain separate. Extensive custom development may also require separate commercial discussion.
It is an accountability deposit. After 60 days, the amount is added to the brand’s Meta advertising account and used for advertising. It is not retained as a ProMark service fee.
The first 90 days cover website preparation, pricing, campaign testing, optimisation and controlled scaling. Short engagements do not provide enough time to evaluate delivered-order performance properly.
At ₹1 crore in delivered revenue, the success fee is ₹4,00,000. GST at 18% on that fee is ₹72,000, making the total payable ₹4,72,000.
